You can now transfer tickets as needed within the app.
Apollo Guests:
If you purchased tickets to our Bal Masque scheduled for January 31, 2026, they should now be available via the account where you purchased your tickets. The transfer portal is off currently with Ticketmaster, but it should be resolved soon. We will provide an update herein once the transfer option is available.
Should you prefer to print your tickets, you can visit the Cajundome box office which is open on Friday's from 10 until 4 or during events.

Bal Masque XLIX, A Night at the Museum, is quickly approaching! If you are one of our guests and are interested in pre-ordering drinks and/or food, please see the link below. Deadline to order is Friday, January 23rd at Noon. If you have any questions, please reach out to Artisan Catering at the Cajundome Convention Center. Apollo is unable to assist with anything regarding ordering, pricing, etc. as this is all set by Artisan.
You will need your table number to place your order. Please reach out to your host member for your table number.
