Rules and RevisionsAmendment Instructions Revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws shall be submitted in writing to the vice president at the first general membership meeting. The Constitution can only be amended by submitting the proposed amendment in writing to the Rules Revisions Committee for review. Approved amendments will be submitted to the general membership for their approval by a majority vote at the next meeting. The membership will have the authority to add change or veto line items with a 2/3 majority.
